The path is incorrect or the filename contains illegal characters. Windows 95 and Office 95 do not recognize certain characters in filenames.
Solution:
Correct the path and remove illegal characters from the filename.
Do one or more of the following:
1) Make sure the path to the local drive is typed correctly.
2) Remove any of the following characters from the filename:
